This European aeronautic company is the world’s largest commmercial aircraft and aerospace equipment manufacturer. It organized the Airbus Defense and Space Management Forum for 500 Top Managers of European Airbus D&S Consortium in Seville plant.

One of the event’s goal, in which future strategic lines were set, was to achieve a “great challenge”: to create a global and participatory action, a Team Building activity carried out by attendees.

So we issued a challenge: A runway + a A400M + 500 Top Managers = the most powerful engine.

The push of whole company, represented by those 500 top managers, depicted on common Project: The A400M Project, the crown jewel of Airbus D&S, was clearly shown thanks to that team building activity.

That is the message what the company wanted to send to those 500 Top Managers.
