Welcome to La Surprise

There were several reasons why this event had to be different. We had moved offices, had attained several significant achievements, and, moreover, it was Christmas, a time when, over the last five years, we had always tried to surprise our clients with a new adventure. What can we surprise them with now? But not just them: we are going to thrill our own people, our team, too.

No sooner said than done. We will turn our new workspace –the one we were looking forward to officially opening– into an authentic restaurant for our diners to enjoy their Christmas dinner, but in a format we had never offered them before: a pop-up restaurant. Under the name "La Surprise", it would take place in a space none of our guests would be able to locate.

The first surprise came as they waited for the supposed bus outside the building: a gospel choir could be heard from within. The evening was getting under way. Only then did we invite them to come up to La Surprise.
