Tourism was at a standstill due to the COVID19 pandemic, and Andalusia wanted to reach its public despite not being able to receive them physically. How? With a viral transmedia campaign where their favourite Influencers would discover and learn all about the destination, sharing it on social media. We presented the Live Andalusia Academy.
Our focus was on the target public the client had requested for this action:
- Generation Z
- Insatiable travellers
All through their own world: the digital environment. And to do this we created a new format: the first Academy designed to learn about a tourist destination. Who was it made up of?
- Students: three Influencers (Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia).
- Teachers: four Andalusian Influencers.
- The Principal: Brisa Fenoy!
All of this was shared on the Influencers' own social media accounts and in the Virtual Classroom created for our Academy with all the contents of the campaign: videos of experiences, information about teachers, subjects, etc.
And, of course, we raffled an End of Course Trip among all those virtual Academy students who took part in the academic trip experiences, the challenges and the final test. The prize: a week for two in Andalusia.
The Campaign started off with a Teaser phase, continued with an Opening Ceremony, and ended with a Closing Ceremony, all online and followed by thousands of viewers around the country.
