Sightseeing is more than seeing landscapes, countryside and cities, it means to experiment and explore, live inside and throughout what you see outside.Extremadura would come back again to present its tourism resources at FITUR and Grupo Abbsolute didn’t want it to be only a visual ad, so we set out to make visitors discover the community. We wanted the Experience Extremadura to be a real experience.
The experience started at www.extremaduraenfitur.com where the users started revealing the hidden corners of Extremadura, before it could show itself. Once in FITUR, we converted the stand of 602 on one side in a visual ad, through the use of six cubes with a large format: three of them were very high so they acted as a showcase for the region and the other three located at ground level offered different experiences about the community and formed a large interior square where some activities occurred with the purpose that the visitor would explore the culture and the touristic richness of the community.
The careful study of all the pieces that made up the stand together with the launch of experiences, such as La Ruta de Isabel La Católica (The Path of Elizabeth The Catholic), where visitors could interact with the characters from the TV show "Isabel" through an Augmented Reality space and many other dynamics dedicated to both the general public as well as the professional public, were our contributions to make a full experience out of Extremadura.
