Campaign against Gender Violence 2015

The aim of the campaign was to raise public awareness of gender-based violence, a problem described by WHO as a pandemic. This year the campaign placed special emphasis on raising awareness and involvement among men. The aim was for men to take a step forward to condemn and show their repulsion for those who abuse and murder women. We took the following idea/message as our starting point:

"Your silence and passivity in the face of abuse and the abuser make you an accomplice. Gender-based violence is a everyone's problem, for MEN and women alike". We used well-known Andalusian men who were references in different fields, and who connected to the different targets and identified with them. All the stars chosen, despite being famous, lived their fame with modesty and humility, meaning men could identify with them.

It is the moment when reflection, vision, restrained anger, shame and drive come together. It is the moment to shout #IMNOTANACCOMPLICE.
